You need to just upload the file to google drive . Then open the file in google drive . Then Click on open with google docs . Then open "find and replace" option or just press ctrl + H . Now just put a digit what you want to remove in "find box" and leave the "replace" field empty and hit the replace all button. Repeat this last step for all the nine digits(i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0)
